The Building

Royal Star Jewellery Atelier is located in the Yusuf Bhai Perfume Building, also known as Obaidullah Building, at 86 Al Khor Street in Al Daghaya, Deira, Dubai. If you’re looking for a landmark to confirm you’re in the right place, we’re right beside Diora. Deira’s gold district has that unmistakable energy, and our building sits right in the heart of it.

Getting to the 3rd Floor

Once inside the building, make your way to the lift and press 3 for the third floor. That’s it – no maze of corridors, no confusing turns, no need to wander. When the lift doors open, look straight ahead. Our offices are directly opposite the lift, so you literally cannot miss us.

The Two Offices

You’ll notice two office numbers on the same floor, both directly opposite the lift:

• Office 308– This is our Studio, and it should be your first stop. It’s where we hold consultations, showcase our collections, and discuss custom designs with our clients. Whether you’re browsing existing pieces or planning something completely bespoke, this is where the conversation begins.
• Office 303– This is our Workshop, located just across the hall from 308. If you knock on 308 and nobody answers within a minute, don’t worry – we’re not ignoring you. We’re likely in 303 working on pieces, and we’ll hear you and come right out. Both offices belong to us, both are on the third floor, and both are right in front of you when you step out of the lift.
